COMICS FOR CHANGE IN TOGO: MON DROIT, MON CHOIX!

As part of Agir pour la Planification Familiale (AgirPF), a project supported by U.S. Agency for International Development in West Africa, EngenderHealth and partners launched a new comic book series written by and for young people in Togo. Through reading groups and discussion, this creative medium is being used to educate and engage more young people about sexual and reproductive health and locally available services. EXPANDING CONTRACEPTIVE OPTIONS IN TANZANIA

In just two years, by offering a mix of service delivery methods and a wider variety of contraceptive choices, the Expand Family Planning project was able to better meet women’s needs and significantly increase the availability and use of modern contraceptives across six districts in Tanzania. SHARING HER STORY TO SAVE OTHERS

Julia Ramadhani almost died. Through the Postabortion Care Family Planning (PAC-FP) Project, EngenderHealth is dedicated to providing technical support on strengthening the family planning component of postabortion care services. The services offered through the project saved 32-year-old Julia’s life. Read here
